Refund and Returns Policy

At OfficePro Solutions Sdn. Bhd., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

3. Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely with all original packaging
  3. Ship the item to our return address (provided upon approval)

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent
