- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or promotional items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
3. Return Process

- Pack the item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item to our return address (provided upon approval)
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent
